Industrial Electrician - Waikato

We are looking for an Industrial Electrician who is seeking opportunities in the Waikato region.  Must have full EWRB registration.

We are currently searching for a skilled individual to join a team in maintaining and optimising critical infrastructure.  As an Industrial Electrician, you will have the chance to contribute to the efficiency and functionality of vital operations.

This could be an opportunity for those outside the Waikato region as a living away from home allowance is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of industrial equipment and machinery
• Troubleshooting electrical systems, identify and correct
• Installing, repairing and upgrading electrical components and systems
• Working with engineering and maintenance teams to achieve a satisfactory outcome
• Following safety protocols and regulations at all times

You must have:

• A current EWRB registration (fully licenced)
• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent communication and enjoy working in a team
• Ability to work rostered shifts
• A current NZ Work Visa with no restrictions or NZ residency
