We’re on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Industrial Electrician to take the lead in managing the electrical operations within our plant and ensuring our systems run efficiently and safely.

Your Role:

As a key player in the maintenance and engineering team, your day-to-day will involve:
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults across a wide range of electrical systems, including PLCs, automation, lighting, motors, pumps, and instrumentation
  • Supporting proactive maintenance planning and execution
  • Taking charge of electrical projects, upgrades, and commissioning
  • Coordinating contractors and maintaining inventory of critical electrical components
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics for commercial systems
  • Contributing to new installations and system enhancements
About You:
  • Hold a current Full EWRB Electrical License (not negotiable)
  • Bring 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in a plant, industrial, or production setting
  • Comfortable with heights and physically capable of the demands of the role
  • Self-sufficient with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Legally able to work in New Zealand (a citizen or resident is essential)
