About the Role
The Industrial Relations Coordinator provides administration support to the Industrial (IR) team for union engagement, bargaining and post bargaining/implementation work. In this role you will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, records, processes, and IR inbox management, as well as coordination support.
The IR function manages the national industrial relations environment for Health NZ, including the organisational industrial relations strategies, bargaining multiple collective agreements, and interpreting collective agreements and related policies.

Your clear and accurate communication style thrives in a fast-paced environment, making you a vital asset to our team. An understanding of unionised or HR environments is essential, as will your ability to navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
