We’re on the hunt for someone ready to step confidently into a Broker role—think of this as your launchpad. You’ll manage a growing portfolio of small-to-medium commercial clients (including rural), with support and mentorship from senior brokers who’ve been in your shoes. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and full of potential.
You’ll be:
- Managing and building your own client portfolio through referrals
- Creating tailored commercial insurance solutions for SME and rural clients
- Handling renewals and client queries with confidence
- Drawing on your Level 5 cert (or nearly finished!) to provide compliant advice
- Growing strong, long-term client relationships
- You've got your Level 5 Certificate, or you're almost there
- You’ve worked in Broker Support or an equivalent role in insurance OR you are ready for a change in organisation to join a social, but hardworking bunch!
- You’re ambitious, switched-on, and hungry for growth
- You love clients—solving problems, building trust, and delivering value
- You’re collaborative and ready to take the next step, backed by a supportive team
