About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As the Integrity Enablement Advisor, you will be a 'voice' of behavioural science in Integrity Services. Guided by our Senior Advisor, you will help develop and deliver behavioural change interventions across ACC, aimed at encouraging desirable behaviours to reduce instances of fraud and abuse.
The role also requires you to use Behavioural Economics to help equip your Integrity Advisors colleagues with behavioural science tools and materials to have better conversations with clients.
The role is ideally located in Wellington.
The salary range for this role is $85,037 - $100,043 with appointment depending on skills and experience. and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. About you | Mōu
- Understanding of behavioural science theory (e.g., Behavioural Economics) and how to apply this in a workplace setting.
- Knowledge of developing behavioural change interventions, e.g. using frameworks such as COM-B.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, using a variety of styles.
- Confidence to build collaborative networks across ACC.
- Strong planning and facilitation skills - virtual and in-person.
- The ability to vary working styles to meet the needs of different situations and individuals.
Ideally but not necessarily:
- Experience in applying behavioural science theory in a workplace setting.
- Experience in the development and delivery of education and training materials.
- An interest in best practice initiatives to manage fraud, waste, and abuse of the ACC Scheme.
