About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end interior design solutions—from initial concept through to documentation—on commercial and healthcare projects across New Zealand. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and consultants, and play a key role in shaping spatial experiences that enhance user wellbeing and operational efficiency.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end interior design solutions—from initial concept through to documentation—on commercial and healthcare projects across New Zealand. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and consultants, and play a key role in shaping spatial experiences that enhance user wellbeing and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Develop concept designs, mood boards, and client presentations
- Produce technical drawings, FF&E specifications, and detailed documentation
- Work closely with the in-house project delivery team to ensure design intent is realised
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to present ideas and gather feedback
- Assist with site visits and design adjustments throughout construction
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and material selection
- 2–5+ years of professional interior design experience (commercial or healthcare a bonus)
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent documentation and visualisation skills
- Confident client communicator and collaborative team player
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Spatial Design
