About the Role: We're looking for an Intermediate Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience working on land development projects. This role will see you working closely with senior engineers on:

• Design and delivery of civil projects – from concept through to detailed design and construction
• 12D modelling
• Preparation of reports, specifications, and consenting documentation
• Collaborating with planners, surveyors, and other engineers in a close-knit multi-disciplinary team
• Client interaction and exposure to project leadership (with mentoring to grow into more responsibility)

About You:

• 3+ years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential, commercial or industrial)
• Proficient with 12D or Civil 3D design software (will train Civil 3D applicants to use 12D)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with producing engineering reports, cost estimates, and consenting documentation
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
• CPEng not required, but support available if you’re working towards it
