Role:
FTC covering paternity leave, part of the talent team, you will be an experienced internal recruiter, (please note agency recruiters will not be considered). You enjoy promoting the company brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: search, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employment contracts, police vetting, and visa sponsorship.
- Recruiting in a unionised environment, understand collective agreement rules.
- Handle high-volume recruitment across blue-collar roles.
- Source talent both domestically and internationally, building strong pipelines.
- Ensure all pre-employment checks and legal obligations are met with accuracy.
About you:
You’re high-energy and driven, someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced, high volume recruitment environment.
- Passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.
- Highly responsive, able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring contracts and checks are accurate.
- Comfortable with high-volume, blue-collar recruitment.
- Experienced sourcing candidates internationally.
- Experienced recruiting in an immigration accredited employer and understand the visa approval process.
- Highly energetic and driven, you’ll be highly organised and efficient.
