We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team, in our brand new Warehouse in Mangere. Permanent Position. $70-$85K
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to manage stock accuracy across our busy warehouse operation. If you have a keen eye for numbers, a methodical approach, and experience working in inventory or warehouse environments, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
As Inventory Controller, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock integrity. You’ll play a key part in supporting our growth through effective inventory management and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse locations.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation tasks.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock handling and documentation.
• Update inventory systems and generate reports for management review.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements to minimise stock issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse or ERP systems.
