About the role
Work in collaboration with the team to achieve ISO 45001 certification in this fixed term (until December 2025) position. You will develop policies, refine compliance strategies, and integrate best Health & Safety practices into company operations. Adaptability and autonomy are essential, as this role requires navigating change and engaging with key stakeholders.
Being onsite and visible is essential. Work from home is limited to 1 day per week once established in the role.
Duties
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in ISO compliance, having direct experience in achieving ISO 45001 certification from foundation stage to completion.
You will need to be capable of working independently while engaging key stakeholders to drive meaningful change in Health & Safety practices.

Duties
- Be part of the team to achieve ISO 45001 certification
- Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Provide training and workshops on ISO 45001 standards
- Monitor and report on Health & Safety performance

You will need to be capable of working independently while engaging key stakeholders to drive meaningful change in Health & Safety practices.
- Previous experience in the development and implementation of ISO certification is essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong knowledge of NZ (and AU) H&S regulations
- Demonstratable experience in Health & Safety compliance in a similar role
