About the role:
Our client based in Te Rapa is offering Monday to Friday 0730 - 1600. You must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Proven experience in an ICT helps desk or technical support role as hourly rate is dependant on experience.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of Office 365, Azure, Cisco Meraki, TeamViewer, and ERP systems.
- Support specialist mechanical service diagnostic computers and subscriptions.
- Support labour capture hardware and maintain software configuration.
- Competence in managing and supporting Android, Apple, and Windows devices.
- Familiarity and support for video conferencing technologies.
- Solid understanding of ticketing systems and ITIL best practices.
- Understanding of server virtualization environments.
- In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructure, and VPN.
- Support network issues, especially wi-fi connectivity, VPN access, and RDP issues.
- Monitor system logs for server anomalies, especially backups and SQL server maintenance plans.
- Familiarity with anti-phishing, anti-malware, and encryption technologies specific to email systems.
- IT Support of Pronto Xi ERP system, particularly around Systems administration, onboarding new personnel, managing roles, and access.
