- Own the full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, closing, and post-placement care.
- Strengthen existing relationships while mapping new opportunities across tech verticals.
- Advise clients on workforce planning, rate benchmarking, and market trends.
- Coach contractors through onboarding, extensions, and career moves.
- At least 18 months of agency experience in technology or professional-services recruitment.
- Demonstrated success running contract desks, perm desks, or both.
- Confidence to front senior stakeholders, negotiate rates, and secure retainers.
- A proactive, commercial mindset and genuine interest in tech.
