What you’ll be doing

• Running a 360° desk—business development, account management, and candidate delivery.
• Advising stakeholders from start-ups to enterprises on talent strategy and market trends.
• Building engaged candidate communities so you’re first to market when roles land.
• Exceeding revenue targets through smart, relationship-led sales—not spray-and-pray.

What you’ll bring

• 12 months+ agency experience in IT, Digital or Transformation recruitment (contract or perm).
• Proven billing track record and the drive to develop new business.
• Credibility when speaking with CTOs, CIOs, Programme Directors and senior talent.
• Resilience, urgency and a solutions mindset.
