Your day-to-day:
Design static and animated assets for MyLotto, the MyLotto app, eDMs, and social media.
Create digital banners and content for paid media and digital out-of-home (OOH).
Work closely with the Motion Director and Art Director to bring ideas to life.
Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality design.
Manage projects from brief to final delivery, meeting deadlines with precision.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on cross-channel campaigns.
Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Stay organised with workflow tools like ProWorkflow and time-sheeting.
Continuously upskill and seek feedback to grow your design capabilities.
Your team:
You'll be part of the Creative team within Lotto NZ's Marketing division'a vibrant, collaborative group that brings the brand to life across every touchpoint. Reporting to the Motion Director, you'll work alongside talented designers and creatives who are passionate about storytelling and visual impact.
The team is currently focused on elevating Lotto NZ's digital presence'from engaging social content to seamless app experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up online, with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to exciting campaigns.
A bit about you:
As a creative thinker and digital design enthusiast, you'll be excited to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll have:
At least 1 year of design experience, with 6+ months in digital or front-end design.
A strong foundation in digital design principles and tools.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite'especially After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
An eye for detail and a flair for creating visually compelling content.
Great communication skills and the ability to take feedback and run with it.
Experience juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Design or Digital Media.
Bonus points for HTML5 knowledge or any experience with Premiere Pro.
