We're on a mission to support people living with Brain Injuries, Spinal cord injuries and complex health needs to live meaningful, independent lives in their own homes. With over 50 years of trusted experience, we're proud to stand alongside our clients and their whānau every step of the way.

πŸ’™ What You'll Do:

  • Provide essential, 24/7 care to a client in Palmerston North living with a brain injury and challenging health needs
  • Support daily routines including personal care support, medication and nutrition management, domestic support, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Be a steady, positive presence through challenging behaviours and complex care needs.
  • Support him with access and engagement in recreation, appointments and community activities
  • Carry our rehabilitation and therapeutic activities
  • Help someone not just live-but thrive.

🌟 Who You Are:

  • Live in Palmerston North
  • Hold a full driver's licence and have your own vehicle
  • Experience working in the Health and Disability sector preferably those with Brain Injuries
  • Have a minimum Level 2 NZQA Health & Wellbeing qualification
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and patient
  • Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Ready to learn and grow in a dynamic care environment.
  • Committed to empowering others with dignity and respect.
  • Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills
  • Consistent, reliable, and punctual
  • Clear and effective communication with a good command of English
  • Positive, can-do attitude toward learning and development
