About the role
The Authority has just implemented a new safety regulatory software application called Kapua. We are seeking someone to embed practices that set the Authority up well to improve and enhance this platform and related solutions.
You would be contributing to a range of work; embedding new practices, scoping improvement initiatives and working with people to adopt and leverage the system.
The position has a remuneration range from $115,536 to $161,412 with a midpoint of $141,751. Starting salaries are based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader Authority for the same or similar roles.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a proactive leader with planning, project management and business analysis skills, ideally with experience in regulatory or case management systems.
Energy, commitment, courage and agility will be required to deliver in this role. You will be managing many different moving parts across the Authority with great relationship management and interpersonal savvy.
To be successful in this role you will,
- Be a strong influencer and collaborator who thrives in a busy, challenging environment
- Have experience working with case management or regulatory software platforms
- Have proven experience and understanding of the role and function of a regulatory environment
- Have the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate proven experience partnering with senior leaders to ensure the deliver a robust fit for purpose successful implementation programme of work
