We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager for our client. In this role, you will work with head offices to drive accounts forward by upskilling their network, understanding the company's positioning, and identifying system issues. You will be responsible for delivering long-term plans to retain and grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:  Maintain and develop key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Client Engagement:  Regularly communicate with clients, build strong relationships, and deliver best practice presentations and reports.
  • Market Intelligence:  Gather and share industry insights, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated with market trends.
  • System and IT Coordination:  Work closely with IT to address system issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Profitability and Pricing:  Understand and analyse profitability and pricing strategies to optimise business outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in account management, particularly within the travel industry.
  • Sufficient IT knowledge and the ability to discuss system-related issues.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of profitability and pricing strategies to drive business growth.
