Job Description

Our private sector client is seeking a part time Coordinator to join their close-knit learning and development team. This role is an exciting and varied position where you’ll have the opportunity to support all things learning and development.

The team provides all learning and development activities for this organisation’s nationwide workforce and the coordinator will be providing administrative support to ensure effective implementation of these initiatives.
In this varied role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and managing the Learning Management System and other key databases.
  • Contributing to the planning and delivery of effective communications to increase learner engagement.
  • Supporting the coordination of L&D projects and events.
  • Monitoring and reporting on participation and engagement across compliance and other key learning initiatives.
  • Responding to general queries in relation to L&D matters.


Skills & experience
This role requires someone who has the customer at the heart of what they do. We are seeking someone who is proactive, has good prioritisation skills and is an excellent communicator. Along with these, other key skills and experience include:

  • Proven experience in administration and coordination.
  • Highly proficient in various software applications, particularly Excel and databases.
  • Skilled in building and nurturing positive relationships, working collaboratively and constructively with others.
  • Strong attention to detail, consistently showing a high degree of accuracy and precision.
  • A positive attitude and action orientated approach.
