About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on leader to manage on-site landscaping teams, coordinate daily tasks, interpret plans, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Location: Papakura, South Auckland

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage on-site landscape crews
· Interpret and work from landscape plans and technical drawings
· Oversee installation of both hardscape (retaining walls, paving) and softscape (planting, turf, irrigation) features
· Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards
· Ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role
· Strong landscaping skills including paving, decking, retaining walls, planting, and general site works
· Ability to confidently read and understand landscape and construction drawings
· Skilled excavator/digger operator
· Full NZ driver’s licence (manual capable)
· Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
