We are looking for a skilled Lead Engineer to design, build, and deliver complex mobile software solutions within a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.
We are looking for a skilled Lead Engineer to design, build, and deliver complex mobile software solutions within a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.
In this role, you'll guide a talented agile team, contribute to key architectural decisions, and ensure best practices across development, testing, automation, and deployment. Your focus will be Native Android (Kotlin/Java), but you'll also work with Node.js, Kubernetes, React Native, and C# when needed.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or similar fields
- Expertise in Android development (Kotlin/Java)
- Experience with cloud-native delivery on Azure or AWS
- Solid back-end skills in Java or Node.js
- Skilled with CI/CD tools, containerisation (Docker), and microservice architecture.
- Experience with React Native, Xamarin, or KMM is desirable but not essential.
