Job Description

Develop and maintain reports for the Executive team to ensure the organisation is effectively meeting its goals and is running an efficient organisation. Ensuring quality information is made available to decision-makers, drawing insights and making recommendations for improvements. These insights bridge the gap between raw data (reporting “what is happening”) and actionable intelligence (explaining “What does it mean”) to guide effective business actions in alignment with the organisation’s mission and strategy.

Your key deliverables will be;

  • Implementation and oversight of the new Outcomes Framework reporting
  • Timely and accurate data analysis and insight generation
  • Performance monitoring & improvement
  • Stakeholder engagement & Reporting (non-financial)

Take ownership of the newly developed Outcomes Framework and transition it into regular BAU reporting. Ensure the Outcomes Framework evolves so that it continues to be fit for purpose. Ensure the production of high-quality performance reports on a regular basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). Maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting to reflect progress on strategic priorities. Having knowledge of the PuMP methodology framework is highly desirable.
