  • Auckland (Highbrook), Wellington (CBD) or Christchurch (Yaldhurst) based 

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

We're on the lookout for a talented and tech-savvy Learning Systems Administrator to join our Learning & Development team at NZ Post. This opportunity has opened up due to an internal promotion—so you'll be stepping into a role that's already set up for success.

As our LMS Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and enhancing the performance of our learning systems (Fuse Universal, Easy Generator etc.).. You'll support users across the business, ensuring they get the most out of the system, while also driving improvements and exploring new functionality.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing first-line support to users and community admins
  • Managing system administration and backend configuration
  • Conducting testing, data analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise the learning experience

You'll work closely with our Digital Learning Manager, who will provide guidance and strategic direction.

You're a systems thinker with a passion for delivering great user experiences. You bring a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and a knack for solving problems—big or small.

  • Proven experience in systems or LMS administration
  • A customer-first approach with helpdesk or support experience
  • Strong data skills—you enjoy working with data and making it meaningful
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on learning and continuous improvement

You'll also bring:

  • Analytical thinking and curiosity
  • Sound judgement in system functionality and design
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
