As the firm continues to grow steadily, they're looking to bring on an experienced Legal Executive to their close-knit, collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Executive with a strong background in legal practice, who values community engagement and relationship-building in their work.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We’re seeking a skilled Legal Executive to manage a range of legal matters while providing high-quality service to clients. The role offers a balanced mix of independence and teamwork, allowing you to leverage your expertise in a client-focused environment.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage a diverse legal caseload across residential and commercial matters with a focus on conveyancing and subdivisions.
- Work collaboratively with senior legal professionals on complex matters
- Deliver expert guidance on Wills, Trusts, and Property
- Provide proactive support to Partners, assisting with documentation, client relations, and case progression
- Uphold the highest standards of legal compliance and confidentiality
- Consistently produce high-quality work while maintaining excellent organisation and efficiency in an electronic environment
You are an experienced Legal Executive with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to client service, you build lasting relationships and provide effective legal solutions.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience
- Experienced Legal Executive with a strong background in managing conveyancing matters.
- NZILE registration (preferred but not essential) with PQE experience
- Capability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 per annum
