About the Role
Based in New Plymouth, this senior role offers the chance to supervise a clinical team of radiation therapist at our new outreach site. You'll work with the latest technology, including our fleet of TrueBeam linear accelerators and RayStation planning systems, while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation, education, and continuous improvement.
Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral provides healthcare services to over 180,000 people across the Manawatū, Horowhenua, and Tararua regions. As part of the Regional Cancer Treatment Service (RCTS), we deliver non-surgical cancer care to a population of 580,000 across MidCentral, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Whanganui, and Wairarapa

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate leader who can inspire excellence and foster a positive team culture. You will:
- Be registered with the Medical Radiation Technologist Board (NZ) and hold a current practising certificate.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Communicate effectively and integrate cultural competence and evidence-based practice into daily care.
- Be proactive in your own professional development and support the growth of others.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and quality assurance.
- Be flexible and willing to work across multiple locations as needed.
