Resin Caster / Machine Operator – Wigram
A Wigram based production company is looking for a hands-on, fit and focused individual to learn and master the art of resin casting.
About the Role:
This is a practical, detail-oriented role involving both manual and machine-based work.
You’ll be working with resin, requiring accuracy, care, and the ability to follow exact instructions.
Key duties include:
• Accurately weighing and measuring chemical compounds
• Mixing resins to specific formulations
• Hand-pouring resin into fine-tolerance moulds
• Identifying and addressing issues before they escalate
• Operating large production machinery
• Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:30am Starts
What You’ll Need:
• A good level of physical fitness
• No sensitivities to chemicals or industrial materials
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions
• Good basic math skills
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment
• A practical mindset and the ability to work independently
