Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join the manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help run and monitor the machines safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality products and keeping everything running smoothly.

Main Duties:

• Run spinning machines in the most efficient and productive way.
• Fix breakdowns when possible, or report them to a Supervisor right away.
• Change batches on the spinning frames when needed.
• Report any faults with machines or products as soon as you notice them.
• Check yarn quality and make sure it meets our standards.
• Work with other departments to solve any process or quality issues.
• Help with machine maintenance and small repairs if you're able.
• Keep your work area clean and safe at all times.
• Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Support and work with other team members when needed.
