We're looking for people to join our client as our client's newest PERMANENT Machine Operator on the following shift based at our site in Mangere, South Auckland.

Starting pay rate is $27per hour, however this is negotiable and a range of additional bonuses and incentives are also available.

The roster for this role is 2-2-3. You’ll work in Week 1: Mon Tues Fri Sat Sun, and Week 2: Wed Thurs. You’ll need to be available to work every second weekend as per your roster, and also on most public holidays if roster requires. Days 6AM start or night shifts 6PM starts available (12 hour shifts).

What will you be responsible for in this role?

• Working in a food manufacturing environment
• Operating high-speed manufacturing machinery - including machine set up, changeovers, trouble-shooting and cleaning
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistent production quality
• Accurately completing and recording quality checks
• Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times

What will you bring to the role?

• You will need at least 1-2 years experience in machine operation, ideally in food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar
• Experience in critical hygiene environments a huge bonus!
• Physical fitness - you're happy to be in a role that has you on your feet and are ok with some heavy lifting (10kgs- 25kgs approx.)
• Legally able to work in New Zealand, and pass a pre-employment drug and Alcohol test.
