Role Requirements:
- Lead a team of 10 - 20 staff
- Schedule production, and staffing to meet agreed delivery expectations
- Quality control to ensure standards are being met
- Reporting to management team
- Coaching and training of staff
- Experience in Construction or Manufacturing or Draughting or reading plans
- Forklift licence required
- Occasional shift work may be required.
- Must have valid NZ working rights.
