One of our industry leading clients are seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader in the Tauranga region for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity where you can advance and learn from one of our industry leading clients. 
  
Role Requirements:
  • Lead a team of 10 - 20 staff
  • Schedule production, and staffing to meet agreed delivery expectations
  • Quality control to ensure standards are being met
  • Reporting to management team
  • Coaching and training of staff
  • Experience in Construction or Manufacturing or Draughting or reading plans
  • Forklift licence required
  • Occasional shift work may be required.
  • Must have valid NZ working rights.
