About the Role
After nearly 20 years our long-term Administrator has retired so we are looking for someone to join our small hardworking and dedicated team.
The position involves a number of administrative tasks as well as the day-to-day pastoral care of our junior medical staff.
About the Team/Service/ Location
The Medical Administration Unit works closely with a range of other clinicians and senior leaders to deliver a high-quality support service to the medical workforce of our District.

About you
Are you passionate about supporting the next generation of doctors to grow and develop professionally?
Are you a highly competent administrator, able to juggle a range of administration tasks including onboarding, rostering and reimbursement of expenses for junior and senior doctors?
Are you a compassionate person able to support the wellbeing of our junior medical staff in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, Prevocational Educational Supervisors, Clinical Supervisors and Directors of Training?
If you answered yes to the above, then this may be the position for you!
We are looking for someone with the following:
Is proficient with Microsoft systems including Word and Excel
Has the ability to learn the use of ad hoc databases and systems.
Is a team player who has the ability to provide support to other members of the team as required.
