Job Description
The Company:
Our client is key in the maintenance and management of various greenspaces throughout Christchurch. They are a dedicated team that takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing the difference a day makes. They are currently looking for experienced mower operators to join the team in preparation of the upcoming Spring growth period, to ensure these are ready to be enjoyed all year round.
The Role:
- Mowing operations – Operating various mowing equipment.
- General garden maintenance – line trimming and edging.
- Ad hoc gardening work as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in mower operation and line trimming is essential.
- Full class 1 licence – is a must have.
- WTR (Would be nice).
- A Grow Safe and Horticulture level 3 and/or 4 qualifications would be advantageous.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday hours 7.30am – 3.30pm
- Outdoor work to enjoy the Christchurch weather!
- $24 – $26 per hour (Depending on experience) + 8% accrued holiday pay
