Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
About the role
Join a supportive Customer Care team where your admin skills and service mindset will shine. In this fast-paced role, you’ll process new and increased business applications, issue policies, and follow up on offers of terms. You’ll also liaise with advisers and customers while providing occasional call support. Accuracy, adaptability, and teamwork are key.

Duties
- Process new business applications and related admin tasks
- Respond to adviser and customer queries with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain policy and customer records with high attention to detail
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and offers of terms
- Contribute to additional admin and project work as required
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Fast learner with the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
- Experience in fast-paced environments and confident using initiative
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and not afraid to ask questions
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Team player who’s happy to jump in where needed
