  • Permanent part-time position working 36 hours per week

About the Role

As a Nurse Coordinator CCDM & TrendCare, you will support the Care Capacity Demand Management programme. This involves implementation and ongoing maintenance of the TrendCare patient acuity system across Health NZ – Te Whatu Ora in Te Tai Tokerau. A primary focus of the role is to provide ongoing development, coordination and facilitation of Nursing/Midwifery informatics and provide leadership in nursing/midwifery informatics policy and practice based on best available evidence.

About you

  • New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate with at least 3 years post registration experience
  • Relevant Post Graduate Diploma
  • Certificate in Adult/Clinical Teaching
  • Designated Senior Nurse PDRP or Expert PDRP (demonstrating clinical examples)
  • Current New Zealand Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated teaching and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently in a team, enhancing the capability and contribution of the team
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate empirically based nursing/midwifery advice to the wider health care team
