Job Description
We are looking for experienced Carpenters that are organised and trustworthy individuals who pride themselves on quality workmanship.
You must be motivated and result driven.
The Carpenter is responsible for:
- Measure and cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Install structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware, using carpenters' hand or power tools.
- Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, or power tools.
- Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
- Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard in houses or buildings, using paint, hand tools, or paneling.
- Studying drawings and creating forming shutters for concrete work
- Apply shock-absorbing, sound-deadening, or decorative paneling to ceilings or walls.

Skills and experience required:
4+ years relevant experience in carpentry and relevant qualification is preferred
Friendly, with good time management, & excellent work ethic are essential
Time management skills
A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry
Sound knowledge of H&S procedures
Reliable and hardworking
