About the Role

Palmerston North Hospital has a vacancy for a New Zealand registered occupational therapist in our Older Adult Mental Health service.

The purpose of this role is to provide and deliver a quality accessible occupational therapy service across the continuum of care of older adult mental health inpatient and community sector, in partnership with service users/ tangata whairoa, NGO's/ Agencies and their family/whanau and other staff within MidCentral.

About you

This position would suit an occupational therapist with vision and energy for working in Older Adults Mental Health as part of the community and inpatient rehabilitation services. You would be a valued member of the multidisciplinary team with the opportunity to develop your skills in working with older adults in our Older Adult Mental Health service. This role is 0.6 FTE and hours can be discussed.
