Administrator - Dunedin 

Our client is expanding and they are on the lookout for a switched-on Administrator to join their busy construction office in Dunedin. This role is all about supporting their recruitment team by handling candidate screening across the South Island.

This role is for 4-6 months, depending on business requirements. 

Day-to-day you’ll be responsible for:
  • Conducting pre-screen interviews with job applicants
  • Writing detailed candidate notes for internal use
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating times with hiring teams
  • Listing job ads online and keeping postings up to date

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • Proven admin experience in a busy office setting
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Solid computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Recruitment experience or construction industry knowledge is a bonus
