About the role
Take ownership of office operations and contribute to a positive experience for all members. As the Office Manager, you will support business growth by overseeing daily tasks, managing member interactions, and ensuring a welcoming, seamless environment.

Duties

  • Manage the membership payment system, including timely follow-ups to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle general office and business administration to maintain efficient workflows
  • Coordinate the enquiries inbox and phone lines, responding promptly to member needs
  • Engage with walk-ins and support sales, contributing to membership growth
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters to keep members informed and engaged
  • Update social media and website content to maintain a strong online presence

Skills & experience

  • Proficient with technology, including social media platforms and website updates
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Sales experience with the ability to engage and retain members effectively
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
