Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role

We have a permanent opportunity based in Wellington, for you to join our friendly and supportive team as an Operations Administrator. You will be overseeing and making changes to insurance policies through accurately and efficiently completing administrative processes within established procedures and service levels to support our business customers. You will be a key part of the team in helping process high volumes of incoming requests through working collaboratively with the wider team and business unit, while also proactively supporting the business' digital strategy when engaging with business customers.

  • You have excellent computer and processing skills and demonstrate resilience in managing repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • You are a team player and proactive in nature, able to maintain motivation and focus even during routine work.
  • You have demonstrated customer services skills with the ability to outline clear needs professionally and courteously, even in high-volume situations.
  • You are a 'go getter' with a positive attitude.
  • You're naturally an organised person who likes working with processes and understands when and where to identify escalation points, all while maintaining consistency in your work.
  • You have excellent communication skills including building rapport with internal and external clients, and the ability to have challenging conversations via outbound calls, showing resilience in handling diverse interactions.
