About the role:

The successful applicant will be organised and detail oriented, able to work in a high-pressure environment with excellent people skills and traits to include good communication, teamwork and empathy.

Your role includes supporting the Service Manager with departmental reports, recording both district and regional meeting minutes. You will maintain invoices, database systems websites and clinical bookings, ensuring information is kept accurate, relevant and up to date. You will also support the service in cultivating a quality focused culture by ensuring the service fosters a mindset of continuous improvement. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm located at Middlemore Hospital

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience at dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite with particular emphasis on Excel and Access
