About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to progress your leadership and management ability in a role that combines strategic influence and transformational impact across clinical support functions (Integrated Ops Centre, Medical Imaging) that support whole of hospital operations, quality improvement and patient safety.
As the Operations Lead Clinical Support you will work in partnership with the Operations Executive to lead key portfiolo's and be responsible for delivering equitable, safe and effective whole of hospital support functions.
This is a senior leadership role to provide operational partnership and leadership to ensure the clinical voice is being heard in decision making, focusing on safe, equitable, high-quality care and workforce engagement. Operationally you will provide leadership that builds high performing, outcome driven delivery systems that support whole of hospital functioning.
About you
We seek an experienced leader with vision, clarity, and mana – someone who brings people with you and leads with both strategy and heart. With deep leadership and management insight and a drive for continuous improvement, you know how to influence outcomes at scale and support others to thrive. Your experience should include a strong background in healthcare leadership with a focus on delivering exceptional services.
- Previous senior leadership Operations experience
- Minimum of 5 years Hospital or specialist service delivery experience at an operational level
- Proven experience successfully leading diverse teams through change and achieving improved results
- Adept at navigating complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and achieving against a broad set of targets
