We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organisational Change Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee enterprise consultation processes, implement a consistent, phased approach to enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience. You will develop standardised tools, manage stakeholder relationships, provide change management training, monitor initiatives, handle Official Information Act requests, and implement a change leadership program for all people leaders.

Ko koe tēnei | About you''
- Significant experience in change management, organisational development, or a related field, with a demonstrated understanding of industry best practices.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiation.
- Proficiency in the development and implementation of change management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to effectively coach employees and leaders through complex and difficult issues.
- A qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is desirable'
The HR Business Partnering teams provides strategic and operational advice and support to Group General Managers and people leaders in accordance with best practice and relevant NZ legislation. The HR Business Partnering teams work closely with the People and Safety Centres of Excellence and their teams to ensure effective implementation of national initiatives, operationalisation of the workforce plan/s and any work that requires a cross-discipline approach.'
