About the Role  

As an Organisational Structure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of structure changes while supporting key stakeholders in FTE management. You will be responsible for maintaining organisational structures within HR and payroll systems, updating changes as they arise, and ensuring the accuracy of structure unit codes. This role also involves reviewing structure forums, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in this field who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aligns with our organisation's principles.

About the Team/Service/ Location  

As our Organisational Structure Specialist, you will be a part of a supportive and positive team, reporting to the Team Leader. Based at the Connect Business Part in Penrose, you'll work closely with Healthsource customers, ensuring accurate management of organisational and workplace structures within the HR management and payroll systems. Our team is collaborative, detail-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will make a real impact.

About you  

You are a detail-oriented and highly organised professional with a proven ability to adapt to tight timeframes and urgent requests. A strong team player, you thrive in collaborative environments while efficiently managing administrative tasks with precision. Your expertise in organsational structures and keen attention to detail ensure seamless support in dynamic and fast-paced settings. 

  • Experience using payroll software and in particular organisational structure modules
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Experience working in a large complex organisation
  • Has worked in a unionised environment with multiple collective agreements
  • Experience working with confidential or personal information
