About the Role

As outsourcing administrator, you will support the surgical outsourcing programme by providing an efficient and high-quality administrative support service. This will include all administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective management of patient records being sent to private healthcare providers.

This role includes a variety of tasks such as:

  • Invoicing and reconciliations of patient information
  • Maintaining data records
  • Drafts, files, and mails correspondence for various members of the department. 
  • Tracks, files, and processes invoices for various services including outsourced medical services.
  • Tracks and organizes patient notes for outsourced medical services.

About the Team

Our team of 5 work closely together to support all components of planned care, with elective treatment at outsourced facilities being a significant part of the work we do. This includes but is not limited to; data entry, updating patient information, maintaining data records, coordination with booking clerks, tracking patient files and processing invoices.

About you

As an administrator in our team, you need to have the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft office suite including excel and outlook (must have)
  • Previous administration experience in a healthcare
  • Quick learner, able to work with a wide variety of administrative, clinical and managerial staff
  • Be a team player, able to support and help your colleagues
  • Previous experience with iPM an advantage
