Reporting into the P&C Manager, you will be part of a small but impactful P&C team. Whilst you will have a portfolio to support, you will also be comfortable putting a helping hand wherever is needed, building trusted relationships across the business.
The Role
This is a true 360° Business Partnering role. You’ll primarily support the Supply Chain function, which has been on a significant transformation journey over the last five years. A highly engaged team, building trust and being visible to the frontline employees will be critical. You will provide guidance and support to managers across the full remit of HR including employee relations, change management, workplace investigations and more.
About You
You’re someone who:
- Has four to six years’ experience working as an HR Business Partner
- Knows how to simplify the complex and make P&C feel approachable to the wider business
- Has solid ER experience and can confidently coach managers through challenges
- Can move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery with ease
- Is comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being visible to the people you support
