Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong communication skills? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our Pathways team on a temporary basis, supporting vital work that helps connect clients with our services at the earliest stage of their journey.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing communications, client data, and internal workflows. You’ll be working with a dedicated team that handles new referrals to our service. While the role is primarily administrative, you’ll contribute meaningfully to the smooth onboarding of clients and the work of our Pathways Navigators.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Pathways inbox (Outlook), monitor incoming emails, and escalate as needed

Use our client management system to create and update client profiles, assign the tasks to Pathways Navigators and save relevant documentation

Draft professional emails and requests for information to medical professionals, clients, and others

Provide limited client contact where necessary (e.g., to request documentation)
Skills & Experience:

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

Clinical experience or familiarity with medical terminology is must

High proficiency in using databases and digital systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly

Excellent written communication skills
