  • Permanent, Full-time 80 hour’s per fortnight (1FTE)

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to provide administrative support to the payroll team, who is passionate and keen to work in a complex environment, using AMS Leader payroll systems.

 

At Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay we use an automated roster to pay system with a focus on getting pays “right first time” for over 4000 employees and have a reputation of achieving efficiencies in the way we service and pay our people.

About you

Our ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Be organised, accurate, and with strong attention to detail
  • Thrive under time pressures
  • Utilise effective communication skills
  • Work well independently yet also be an active contributor within our team
  • Have a sound level of computer skills in particular Outlook and Excel

 

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude!
