They are a well-known group of companies based in the South-central area. They have approximately 1000 staff across the business and have been around for well over 100 years now. About the position
Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Payroll for 2 of their sites
  • Weekly payruns
  • Entering of timesheets
  • Processing of leave entitlements
  • Setting up new starters
  • Final pays
  • Reporting
  • Manage queries
  • Any other ad hoc tasks
  
About you
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • Experienced Payroll Officer
  • Good understanding of NZ Payroll legislation
  • Experience with collectives
  • Large systems experience
