As Advisor, People & Culture within a small government agency you’ll support HR functions, including employment relations, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and wellbeing initiatives. Reporting to the Principal People & Culture, you’ll contribute to a strong workplace culture by providing critical HR advice and managing people initiatives in a supportive, collaborative environment. With solid generalist human resources experience, you’re skilled in HR advisory, employment relations, and New Zealand employment law. You communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and have a commitment to continuous improvement. Your proactive approach, strong work ethic and ability to manage competing priorities will be essential in this role. Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in employment relations and policy development
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (BambooHR experience a plus)

- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
- Competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 plus KiwiSaver
- Flexible working options, including up to 2 remote days per week
