About the role
This is a 9-month fixed role with a start date in January 2025 working in a dynamic organisation that is dedicated to the creative arts industry. They are looking at the role being part time but are open to discussing hours and flexible working arrangements with the right candidate.
You will be working within an organisation undergoing transformation on a decolonisation journey. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about helping people, calm under pressure and able to prioritise work effectively.
In this great role you’ll have the opportunity to contribute across the full HR spectrum to ensure the smooth running of the organisation’s employment processes. Responsibilities will include preparing employment agreements and contracts, supporting recruitment and onboarding and contributing to payroll processes, along with other HR support as required.
About you
Our client is seeking a positive and pro-active candidate to join their close-knit team. To be successful in the role you will bring:
- Proven HR Administration/Coordination experience
- Comfort with technology, and ideally prior experience using Employment Hero
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
