About the Role:
As Personal Assistant to the Service Nurse Manager, Kidz First Neonatal Care , you'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly. Your proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused support will ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the service.
From managing key administrative tasks to supporting the Service Manager directly, you’ll help drive efficiency and clarity across the team, enabling them to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional neonatal care. This full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.
About You
You're an experienced Personal Assistant who knows how to anticipate needs before they arise. Calm under pressure, superbly organised, and tech-savvy, you're someone who brings energy, initiative, and professionalism to everything you do.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA or support to senior staff.
- Communicates clearly and confidently across all levels
- Can juggle multiple priorities with grace and precision
- Is highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Visio & Outlook)
- Has strong reporting, documentation, and writing skills
- Brings a proactive, positive and discreet approach to their work
- Thrives on continuous improvement and high standards
