Te Tūranga | The Role
Based in Wellington, we're on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director of Evaluation & Oversight—who also serves as FMA's General Counsel. They're known for being approachable and refreshingly low-maintenance - despite a very busy schedule! You'll also assist a few other senior leaders, giving you a diverse role with exposure to project work across the organisation, all while keeping diaries and travel plans running smoothly.
He kōrero mōu | About you
You'll bring solid experience as a PA, senior administrator, or team support coordinator in a professional setting. You're confident managing complex diaries and know how to strike the right balance between being assertive and approachable.
Discretion and integrity are second nature to you when working with confidential information.
You're independent, flexible and always proactively looking for ways to make life easier for those around you.
